A Taste of Galloway:
Earning a living from farming can be tough but Chirstie and Callum have embraced the challenge with their own pure Galloway cattle, Blackface sheep and Saddleback pigs raised in Thornhill.  Their business incorporates farming, outside catering and ready to order produce including Galloway beef steaks, burgers, sausages, mince, pot roasts, a lamb, mutton and cured bacon selection, haggis and the famous Galloway Steak & Ale Pie.

A Taste of Galloway has effectively developed an online business with orders from their website as well as establishing themselves at the farmers markets when it appeared to be saturated with other meat producers. Chirstie is pleased to share their story with Thrive. (www.atasteofgalloway.co.uk)
