Howden Park Centre:
Scottish Ballet isn't the only new act to grace our Theatre Land.  Livingston is keeping in step with the neighbours by pushing ahead with its own centre for the arts.  Howden Park is a new £5.5m facility financed by West Lothian Council and the Scottish Arts Council Lottery Fund.  Colin Hutcheon is pleased to share his experience of being the client in this arts venture.
